Penetrative Damp
Penetrative damp, also known as lateral damp or rain penetration, is a form of moisture problem that occurs when water enters a building through external walls or roofs. This type of damp is different from rising damp, which occurs when water is drawn up from the ground through the building’s foundations.
Penetrative damp can be caused by a number of factors, including damage to the roof or guttering, cracked or porous external walls, and poor window or door seals. It can also occur due to poor ventilation or condensation issues, which can cause excess moisture to accumulate in the building.

Professional company, affordable and honest tradesman.Colin, KA24
They turned up when they said they would, were very friendly and helpful, explaining everything they were going to do in detail, also giving me advice on aftercare. I have no problem recommending them.Olive, G82
Absolutely great service and all round professional experience.Amy, KA1
Beginning to end Larry and the team were outstanding. We had dampness in our bedroom outside wall. A visit was quickly arranged and Jason explained what was needed. Jason and Ryan came a few days later and insereted rods on the outside wall to get rid of the dampness, everything was explained and we got great aftercare. Wouldn't hesitate to call them.A, G82
